Rodney MacGillivray is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and graduate of the Conestoga College Home Inspection program and Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training program.
Rodney brings a wealth of experience to Baseline Inspections in the areas of indoor air quality, mold remediation and water damage restoration. MacGillivray spent over two years in Texas on special contract with Restoration & Air Management (RAAM) as Project Manager for their residential and commercial remediation projects. His remediation investigations and remediation projects included mold, water damage and air handling systems.
